“What happens when you lead with the end in mind?”
Visualizing your end results and then backtracking to create the steps to get there is a critical exercise that can make or break your business. And, this is true on both the macro level when looking at your business goals as a whole and on the micro level of planning each step, iteration, or team member’s contribution. On that micro level, when creating the promotional content that markets your business’ products or services, clearly envisioning your end video, blog article, magazine spread, and, yes, podcast episode, etc… will greatly increase the chances of pulling off a successful and impactful promotional piece–and of doing so efficiently. But, we are going to still dig further down a level, because the pre-visualization that comes into play within just your promotional work can also be broken down into macro and micro levels. So, what does that look like?
