Being interviewed on a podcast can be a great way to gain exposure for your writing. Join award-winning podcaster Jaime ("Jemmy") Legagneur as she presents advice on how to get booked as a guest on great shows, with tips for making the most out of your interview (including what NOT to do) and a fun interactive session to get out those nerves. Jaime will also explain the growing medium of podcasting and how it can be THE platform for sharing your work. You have a passion for your writing, and no one could be better at telling your stories than YOU. So, hear straight from the "Podcast Girl of South Florida" how to start your own show!
Speaker: Helping people live their true passion is Jaime ("Jemmy") Legagneur’s mission, and she has found no more powerful tool than podcasting. Soon after starting her marketing company, Flint Stone Media, in 2014, she launched her Curve the Cube podcast with the idea to inspire people to find their passion and do their thing (outside the cubicle!). By interviewing movers and shakers who have already successfully lived their dream or are unapologetically deep in the trenches, she offers real actionable nuggets to inspire others to go from being dreamers to being doers!
Along the journey of producing her flagship show, podcasting has become her own passion, and Jaime works every day toward the goal of making it a full-time focus. To that end, she co-hosts on two other shows, is the organizer of the Palm Beach Podcasters MeetUp group, and is launching her own network, the Flint Stone Media Podcast Network.

Scroll down to the “Sign up for Luncheon Meeting” box and fill in your information, then click the “Pay Now” button and follow the instructions.
To reserve and pay via mail:
Step 1–Email Harriet at harriet@ottenheimer.com with the subject line “FMWA Meeting” to reserve a spot. In the body of the email, please include your name, the name of any guest you have invited, your email address, and telephone number. Step 2– Write your check or money order payable to “Mystery Writers of America/Florida Chapter.”
Step 3–Mail your payment to Harriet Ottenheimer, at 2301 S. Ocean Dr., #2005, Hollywood, FL 33019.
Please make your reservation by June 14 so we can provide the hotel with an accurate headcount! Walk-ins are accommodated only if space allows.
